Waxaan ahay naftiihuraha walaashiis.
Waxaan ahay Baradha-iibiyaha suuqa eedadii.
Waxaan ahay wadaadka deegaanka inantuu dhalay.
Waxaan ahay dhaawacii kacaanka, dulmi-diiddadii, tii la xiray, tii la xabisay,
Waxaan ahay tii la jirdiley, la cayrshay, la afduubey, la kufsaday.
Tu la daday, tu aan la dadin  Waxaan ahay dareen suubban.
Waxaan ahay gabar Soomaaliyeed.

Diirkaygu waa dhuxul-madow iyo faan-maroodi, niyad da’ yar, wacaal da’ weyn.
Waxaan ahay xaamilo, afo, hooya kaligeed-koriso ah, armalo, agab godobtir iyo godobreeb loo adeegsado, mid guur lagu qasbay, colaad lagu hakiyo.
Waxaan ahay gabar Soomaaliyeed.
Dulman ma ihi, waxaan ahay horfiiq,
Ma ahi horfiiq dumar, bal horfiiq dumar ah,
Waxaan nadiifiyaa waddooyinka qarankayga, waxaan kiciyaa faco tegay, kuwa jooga iyo kuwo gadaalaha iman doona.
Waxaan keenay Soomaaliya, billada nabada ee Nobel.
Waxaan ahay gabar Soomaaliyeed.

Dugsiga inankaan dhalaan u doodaa,
Madarasada inantaan dhalaan u hadlaa,
Waxaan u duceeyaa, awoowyadey iyo inankayga roon ee xiran, iyo hooyadeyda isbitaalka taalla.
Waxaan u Allebaryaa halabuurka ay ku laayaan masraxyada iyo waddooyinka.
Waxaan ahay gabar Soomaaliyeed.

Maankaygaan hadlaa, waxaan ahay halbowlaha ummadda.
Waxaan deganahay caasimadda, magaalada, tuulooyinka, xaafadaha, buuraha iyo cirifyada xuduudka.
Waxaan joogaa Garowe, Muqdishu, Afgoye, Ceerigawo, Hargeysa, Gaalkacayo, Boosaaso, Beledweyne, Badhan, Boocame,
Iyo meel kastee nolol iyo nuux taallo.
Waxaan ahay gabar Soomaaliyeed.

Waxaan kobciyaa dhaqaalaha, waxaan horumariyaa teknoolojiyada, waxaan nooleeyaa bulshada,
Ma u xaq leeyahay inaan kula sinaado?
Haa, maxaa yeelay waxaan ahay gabar.
Gabar Soomaaliyeed.
